Definition

The Fishbone Diagrame helps identify the possible causes of a problem. 
It does it in structured way and makes sure that everyone understands the problem or cause that is being addressed.
This tool is also known as Ishakawa Diagram or Cause & Effect Diagram.

A product’s quality, logistic challenges, customer service’s complications, a team’s productivity or cohesion, or late deliveries can be a problem’s causes.

The fishbone technic is efficient only if the problem’s main cause is first identified.
